She is aggressive, money hungry and greedy and does not put client needs before her own commission dollars. She opened me up for a lawsuit. Left me for 2 hours alone in a home while an inspection...list is long. I complained the the OACIQ and Director of professional services at Royalepage - She was investigated and I was right - I have it in writing! ASK her to inform you about her record and corrective actions taken against her for malpractice. I hope people make complaints. OACIQ is there for a reason. Maria made me realize how greedy people really are.
