She is the real deal! No bullshit, speaks the truth and works around the clock for you. I was introduced to her 5 years ago by a friend and since then Maria found a property for my boyfriend, my mom and now a 2nd property for myself! If you want an agent who doesn’t follow up with selling agents, or makes you feel bad for not purchasing a home, or guilts trips you because she had to work on a Sunday then Maria is for you! She has consistently misled us, made an offer we put in 3 days for a response because she had something going on after pressuring us to put in an offer because she had something going. Advised us that timelines mean nothing and that you don’t need to reply or get a reply in a timely manner. She consistently did not follow up or touch base with us continually through the offer faze, did not go to bat for us and gave us poor advise on offer price. Said multiple different statements in one conversation completely contradicting herself and when asked to clarify refused. Repeatedly blamed the other realtor and clients for her lack of touching base with us to let us know what was happening. This is our third home purchase first in Quebec and I doubt we will buy in Quebec now as it has completely ruined the experience for us! I should also mention my father is a realtor in Ontario and is absolutely appalled with how this has been handled! No surprise to me that I’m not the first bad review! - Jen

She is aggressive, money hungry and greedy and does not put client needs before her own commission dollars. She opened me up for a lawsuit. Left me for 2 hours alone in a home while an inspection...list is long. I complained the the OACIQ and Director of professional services at Royalepage - She was investigated and I was right - I have it in writing! ASK her to inform you about her record and corrective actions taken against her for malpractice. I hope people make complaints. OACIQ is there for a reason. Maria made me realize how greedy people really are. - N/A

Very unprofessional in everything she does. has absolutely no knowledge of pricing or marketing a property properly in any shape or form. Her strategy is to simply list a property and wait for a showing request. I would never recommend her services and there are few that know her in the Aylmer area that have reported bad service as well. - Chris
