Stay clear of this Vancouver realtor! This Vancouver realtor is both a liar and incompetent. He is not respectful of your time and leads you on. After making plans and reorganizing our schedule 4 times cancelled at the last minute. It turns out he never confirmed times with the seller despite setting a time with us. Highly frustrating. Don't waste your time. There a many better realtors to choose from.

Reply: I'm sorry you feel this way, but I want to be clear- you are not my client. I have never represented you, and we’ve never had a professional relationship. I represent the seller in this transaction, and have been in regular communication with them throughout. They are very pleased with the service I’ve provided and how their interests were handled. Despite this, I still attempted to accommodate your concerns by offering to send a handyman to assist you- something I had no obligation to do. Unfortunately, your conduct has crossed the line. The repeated phone calls to both myself and my client involving threats, profanity, and then hanging up are completely unacceptable. Again, my responsibility is to my client, and I’ve acted with professionalism and care. If you have concerns, they should be directed to your own realtor, who represents your interests.
