What a condescending jerk! He cold-called me telling me he thinks he could get between $2.3 and $2.5 mil for my home. He walked in and looked down his nose at me, my husband, my home, my neighbourhood. Implied that my home was a teardown and that we should list for $1.7 and then starts talking about how much commission he would make!!! The comps he sent me were ridiculously low and not even in my neighbourhood! I asked were the three were that had sold within 2 blocks and in the last month. He made some excuse that those weren't good comps! He only wanted to close the sale and guarantee that it would close by insisting we list at well below market price.thank goodness we have enough sense to see through his bullcrap.
