We dealt with Mark and Katie for our mortgage. The process was smooth, simple, and easy to navigate. Compared to our bank we found a better rate and preferential mortgage terms, and managed to purchase a property with which we are very happy. Sure it might have been slightly easier to click the “apply for a mortgage” button in our bank’s app, but the ten minute phone call with Mark to get set up has saved us thousands of dollars through this term. We are paying an obviously lower rate for what to me was a superior level of service. Both Mark and Katie answered questions very fast, even outside of banking hours, when the bank was taking sometimes two weeks to reply. Excellent service, highly recommended.
