5 years ago, Mark helped me with my first mortgage. He worked hard and made things happen for me. The most important part for me, is that these are people that get back to you. Promptly! My biggest pet peeve is people that don’t reply or call back in a timely manner, and Mark has always been ON it. They understand that mortgages can be a stressful thing, and they sure made everything easy for me. Even much after initially helping me, I can still ask Mark for mortgage questions even though they have already made their money from that initial signing. I would give a higher rating if I could. Honestly.
