This was my first time getting a mortgage and mortgages are more complex than I had first anticipated. However, Mark and his team did a very good job in simplifying the process for me—they took care of a lot of the paperwork, explained each step clearly, promptly answered all my texts and calls, and helped me make some smart decisions based on their years of experience. I definitely got the sense that they worked very hard for me throughout the process. They even managed to get me a rate drop in the very small window we had between mortgage approval and instruction so I ended up with a lower interest rate and monthly payment than I had planned—which was marvellous!
