Mark started off by answering the phone right away, which to some people that doesn't matter, but to me it shows a lot, that my call is important. I tried calling other brokers and I either got voicemail or I spoke to someone who did not know what they were talking about. He dealt with me in a very professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and I felt I could really trust him. Overall, dealing with Mark was easy, effective, and timely. Highly recommended!
