We would definitely recommend Mark as a realtor! He was very helpful throughout our first home purchase process and made it very easy for us at every step. We’ve been shopping around with Mark for about 2 years on and off and he always showed up prepared with market data, information about the neighborhood and was ready to show us ins and outs of each house. He gave us his honest opinion of the properties and never pushed to buy. Mark is well connected and shared a few contacts of the RE inspectors, lawyers, handymen, etc when we chose the house we liked. He helped us find the answers to the questions around construction code that helped us make an informed decision during the negotiation process with the seller. Mark also made sure that everything was in place for the possession day as per the contract and provided us with all the information we needed before we moved in!
