We had a very positive experience with Mary Ann and Gianna. We were moving from Toronto to Oakville and unfamiliar with the neighbourhoods so wanted to work with someone who is seasoned in the area. Mary Ann herself has been a long-time resident of the Town and knew many of the streets and houses personally. She guided us on topics like schools, zoning, renovations, lot sizes, comparables, and her honest thoughts on what the houses should be worth. Before we met in person, we had numerous calls and video chats with her and Gianna about exactly what we were looking for and what we could expect from the market. Our calls and emails were always answered, regardless of the time of day. We appreciated this because we didn't have much time to drive around the area in person and wanted someone efficient without compromising quality. Mary Ann is a professional and tough negotiator, someone we wanted on our side. There was lots of back and forth with the seller but she was able to secure the sale for us at well-below asking! We felt like our interests were well represented throughout the process. The most important thing is that we felt very comfortable working with them from the beginning. Not once did we feel rushed or pushed to move ahead on something, and that patience they exhibited was much appreciated. We've already referred Mary Ann and Gianna to a friend who's looking in the area and won't hesitate to refer future buyers.
