Mary Ann and Gianna were the epitome of professionalism but don't take that as not personable because they are also really personable. We interviewed 3 agents. All of whom were really good, but none of them had the track record of Mary Ann. I will say our house was in really good condition, but we still did everything we were advised by Mary Ann's stager, as well as what Mary Ann and Gianna advised -- and it worked. Our house sold in 4 days, and I believe set a record for our area at the time. The whole Schiarelli team was fantastic, and I am sure will continue to be as we move forward to closing. I highly recommend Mary Ann. As we are moving to another area, I can't use her for buying -- but, let me tell you, she was fantastic for selling.
