Very unprofessional. For example told me last minute to send a money order to Winnipeg when I was in Vancouver just as the banks were closing. The amount I was told was incorrect, so I had to rush all over again and pay for another money order and express shipping. She said she would cover the cost of this because it was her mistake, but she never did. I needed info on the property in order to get insurance. Several hours go by, she said she sent it, but turns out she sent it to someone else. She finally sends it to me and it’s just a picture of the page and the information I need is cut out of the picture. On possession date, she is away on vacation. Also there is a couple other things I’m starting to doubt she was truthful about. Kind of feels like all she cares about is the sale. Very different experience than I had with my real estate agent back in Vancouver.

I'm very sorry you feel that way,I went out of my way to help, from booking showings on short notice, plus waiting on you,but things like that do happen..As for the deposit,if you remember,go back on your text message and you will see that i send you a copy of the counter so that when it was due you would have it.I explained to you about the 48 hr clause, when it was satisfied that they would expect the cheque. You said you were busy and could only do it until the next day,I deal with a lot of different clients so i don't have the paperwork on me when I'm driving which is what i was doing when you called at the last minute and only had a few mins to send it.that's why it's important that clients should be aware of whats on their offer .
As for the insurance questions, most of them are in your inspection report that you have, which I don't have,so I have to try to get the answers from the listing agent, and she in turn has to check with the seller and that can take time, which is out of my control.
As for going on holidays,I booked this a year ago. When I last talked to you,you had said you would be out for possession, than a few days before you told the lawyer, that I would be doing it,but I was leaving for holidays.I offered to get someone to help, but was told it was taken care of.Again I'm sorry there was some misunderstanding.I'm always there for my clients.
