Very unprofessional. For example told me last minute to send a money order to Winnipeg when I was in Vancouver just as the banks were closing. The amount I was told was incorrect, so I had to rush all over again and pay for another money order and express shipping. She said she would cover the cost of this because it was her mistake, but she never did. I needed info on the property in order to get insurance. Several hours go by, she said she sent it, but turns out she sent it to someone else. She finally sends it to me and it’s just a picture of the page and the information I need is cut out of the picture. On possession date, she is away on vacation. Also there is a couple other things I’m starting to doubt she was truthful about. Kind of feels like all she cares about is the sale.
