With respect to our purchase of the Steeles Avenue condo and the sale of 36 Rockford Court, the ratings are truly reflective of the work and commitment that Melissa put into the two transactions. While the purchase of the condo went without problems, this cannot be said. for the sale of 36 Rockford Court. In this case a first offer on the house was almost assured, only to fail at literally the very last moment when the purchaser unexpectedly changed her mind. Notwithstanding this disappointment, Melissa remained upbeat, assuring my wife and I that more offers would be coming and not too long after this another offer did come in, from an individual who became obsessed with bushes along the westerly side of the house and the placement of a fence, also along the westerly property lot line. Through skilled negotiation with the buyer's agent, these matters were put to rest, leaving mortgage financing the last condition to be met. Once again, this started to become a problem, since the purchaser had not yet sought mortgage financing (2 days before the expiry of the conditions) but with Melissa's guidance and assurance, this matter was also resolved and a binding agreement of purchase and sale obtained. Suffice it to say were it not for Melissa's dedication and hard work, we would not have purchased the Steeles condo and sold our home at 36 Rockford Court. Robert and Sivi Levine
