Melissa Bergmann was our agent. With respect to our purchase of the Steeles Avenue condo and the sale of 36 Rockford Court, the ratings are truly reflective of the work and commitment that Melissa put into the two transactions. While the purchase of the condo went without problems, this cannot be said. for the sale of 36 Rockford Court. In this case a first offer on the house was almost assured, only to fail at literally the very last moment when the purchaser unexpectedly changed her mind.
