Melissa was great from the very beginning! She walked us through every step of the process for selling our home in Calgary from what we should fix, what we don't need to fix, and kept us up-to-date every week on how the market was doing. My husband and I had to relocate to BC due to jobs and our house had not sold so Melissa kept a great eye on the place, continued to do open houses, arranged for the carpet to be replaced and went to End of the Roll for quotes/samples, and got a quote for a window that needed to be replaced. Her staging was absolutely perfect and helped our house look the best it could. Highly recommended!
