I honestly can't say enough good things about Melissa. Having used other realtors, Melissa just seems to be a step above the rest. She guided us along more than just purchasing a home but also recommended fantastic property inspectors, started processes with the town of Cochrane on our behalf and responded to our (possibly too many) questions about the whole home buying process.
