Melissa found a bungalow that checked all the boxes. She knew what we were looking for and even though we decided to hold off on our search she called us anyway and I am happy she did. We had a couple inspection concerns and she had the inspector back to clarify and give us peace of mind. The transaction was smooth and flawless.
