I decided to relocate from Vancouver Island where I had retired back to the Calgary area where I was born and had spent most of my life. Living on the island simply hadn't worked out for me. So after 10 years there I took the plunge to get back to AB. Melissa was, in my opinion, the most incredible realtor I have ever met. Even though I was in another province and dealing with some very stressful issues, she was always letting me know what was going on in the markets and guiding me in a very positive way. Always very professional and keeping my interests and requirements for a property in mind. Having dealt with other realtors over the years I was expecting that I would be calling Melissa for updates on the market. Not so. Melissa was incredibly proactive in getting in touch with me, not just in terms of inventory available for me, but once the purchase was made, guiding me through the steps of actually what needed to be done in terms of inspections, conveyancing etc.. To that point Melissa has recommended a number of people in different areas who I have used; all have been incredibly good at what they do. Melissa is very professional, takes your requirements to heart, works hard to fulfill those requirements, knows the market, is diligent in keeping you on track, knows people who know how to get the job done, and makes it happen. I can't recommend Melissa enough.
