Michael Lederman is the best at what he does. He has excellent interpersonal skills, understands the market very well, and takes good care of his clients. He also gets you in touch with highly competent people to look after your mortgage, home inspection, and legal documents. What I found impressionable with Michael is that he keeps up with you. He listens attentively to what you need and adapts to your needs as you go along. He is always in communication with you, keeps you informed about updates, and wants you to update him. He is always available when you need him most. He truly cares about the people he represents and works very hard to provide top-notch service. I don't know what I look forward to more, moving into my future home or the day where I will go through the process with Michael again.

Your review is so genuinely written, thank you so very much for taking the time to specifically highlight what aspects of my service were important to you. Hopefully you wont have to go through the process with me again for a very long time hahaha! God forbid! Remember all the small obstacles administratively we had to navigate and go through at the very end at closing? Those are always tough during a Covid 19 era of slowed down processes and a little bit of chaos mixed in....but you made it okay out on the other side. Bravo!
