Selling while being based on another continent 12 hours ahead of Eastern Time is challenging in itself. Selling a large condo in a market impacted by COVID added to the challenge. Through all the challenges though the one constant was the positivity and accessibility of Michael. We have just sold a house with tenants using the services of Michael. He sold the house in less than 2 months, which was well beyond our expectations since the house was rented with a long-term lease so a limited market.
