We have just sold a house with tenants using the services of Michael. He sold the house in less than 2 months, which was well beyond our expectations since the house was rented with a long-term lease so a limited market. It was difficult because tenants were not cooperative at all for the visits and not keeping the place very clean and he managed really well with them. Very patient guy! Anyway, he managed to sell it quickly and all negotiations took place while we were in Europe with time difference and he was always responding in a timely manner.
