I really felt meeting Michael was a blessing. I am a businessman, so I am picky on who I would choose to work with. I have certain expectations. I interviewed other agents and felt they were pushy, aggressive, lazy and unprepared. The other agents didn’t even call me back. Then I talked to Michael. Michael showed up at the appointment very prepared. He had more information on my house than I even knew. I found out through Michael that my house was older than I thought it was. He brought pricing comparable’s, he had a binder full of information. And most importantly, he was not pushy. He was not aggressive. He was very confidant and experienced which is why I chose him. Michael was very responsive during the entire process, he called me without me calling him first! He kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was a really nice change. I really felt like I was working with an actual professional. I have friends who struggled to sell their homes, especially in today’s real estate market. Meeting Michael is something I am very grateful for. Michael sold my home, his advice was priceless, he put my house for sale with excellent pricing and was a top-notch negotiator. Michael deserves to be in the top 5% of Edmonton Realtors. I highly recommend him and his team.
