I strongly recommend Michael who is thinking of selling.  Michael lists my house at the worst timing, but he strives coolly, no excuses and came out with innovative selling strategy and tremendous amount of marketing, e.g.: mailing of brochures every month until sold, wide advertisement, video and take great of home.  He even have a Client Care Manager who is so caring and so polite. Michael is best realtor I have met so far.
