Michael was a pleasure to deal with. He had a great can-do attitude, was easy to work with and was always interested in and responsive to our suggestions. Marketing was key to us as we were selling an unusual home. Michael created an attractive brochure exclusive for our house and distributed it to the homes in the neighbourhoods nearby. He has a regular Market Report that is dropped on an ongoing basis to the mailboxes in several neighbourhoods close to our house. He featured our home repeatedly in his report. He followed by further repeated brochure drops to mailboxes. Ultimately these were the efforts that resulted in our property being noticed. Michael also did not hesitate to host several open houses. He didn't hesitate to incur the marketing costs. Carol and the office staff were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Overall Michael was responsive, effective and a pleasure to work with.
