I am pleased with sale of a duplex by Michael. In a slow market, the vacant side of the property sold in good time, the occupied side took several months longer, but in an acceptable period. I was updated regularly by Michael, or his staff until the property was sold. I had Michael as my agent on other property transactions in the past and will use his service again.
