Had Michael walk through my house in Sunnyside, and fairly quickly he had a reasonable sense of price and expectations for the expected sale. After rejecting a couple of lower offers with conditions, ended up selling for just $2k under list unconditionally; all in less than 48 hours! Can't recommend Michael and his team enough, clear steps to success laid out from the start, quick to respond to any questions, and his video and marketing plan made my house look so good!
