Buying a house for the first time can be a scary and overwhelming experience. Besides the massive amount of money involved and the extremely short time frames between homes entering the market and selling, the whole process is opaque and miserable experience compared to the convenience of clicking "Buy now" on Amazon. Michelle was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and made the whole thing palatable. She wasn't pushy and was very friendly and genuinely cared about what we wanted and how we were doing. She offered her opinions and answered our many questions.
