My girlfriend and I are first-time homebuyers and were somewhat intimidated by the real-estate world, Michelle helped navigate us from start to finish. Michelle was willing to meet myself on very short notice to discuss what my girlfriend and I were looking for in a place. Michelle listened to everything we wanted; she did not try to convince us what we were looking for was out of our price range nor did she introduce compromises, unlike our previous realtor, who treated us like small fish. Michelle treated us wonderfully, the same as a million-dollar client. Michelle then sent us every listing matching in our search criteria and showed us the condos we wanted to see. Buying a house for the first time can be a scary and overwhelming experience. Besides the massive amount of money involved and the extremely short time frames between homes entering the market and selling, the whole process is opaque and miserable experience compared to the convenience of clicking "Buy now" on Amazon.
