My girlfriend and I are first-time homebuyers and were somewhat intimidated by the real-estate world, Michelle helped navigate us from start to finish. Michelle was willing to meet myself on very short notice to discuss what my girlfriend and I were looking for in a place. Michelle listened to everything we wanted; she did not try to convince us what we were looking for was out of our price range nor did she introduce compromises, unlike our previous realtor, who treated us like small fish. Michelle treated us wonderfully, the same as a million-dollar client. Michelle then sent us every listing matching in our search criteria and showed us the condos we wanted to see. I don't think I can find a single response that took Michelle greater than 10 minutes during any of our text or email conversations. She is so knowledgeable of the real estate process that she was able and willing to answer questions that I should've/could've been asking my mortgage broker. During our 45minute pre-possession walk-through Michelle had a bit of a family emergency. She was still on time and willing to stay as long as we needed, she is dedicated to and cares for her clients. Michelle found us the perfect place in around 1 month with strict search criteria and a tight budget. Michelle is still willing to and is answering questions at this point, just over a week since my possession date, she does not forget nor stop caring about you after she gets paid. I am recommending Michelle to anyone I know who is looking for a realtor and will be using Michelle for any buying/selling I do in the future.
