Mitch is not your typical realtor. He has worked above and beyond my expectations. I was amazed by his in-depth knowledge not only in the Peterborough neighborhoods but also the history and construction of various homes (He has lots of home construction and real estate market videos on youtube). He was able to explain issues of the property thoroughly, both interior and exterior of the house, just like a home inspector. He would not force me to buy any property if he knew it wasn’t for me. Since I was looking for an investment property, he would put himself into my situation and he would have the investor mentality in determining whether the property was worth investing or not. Since I am from Toronto looking for investment property, I told Mitch that I was not familiar with Peterborough. He offered to give me a tour and explained the good/bad pockets of Peterborough. After getting a sense of Peterborough and the current (insanely low inventory) market, we were able to narrow down the areas and decided to tackle more properties the following week. We placed an offer on one of the properties and we nailed it the first try! Thanks to his market analysis and his strategy on placing the offer. He is friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely look forward to buy the next investment property with him again in the near future.
