Mitch is not your typical realtor. He has worked above and beyond my expectations. I was amazed by his in-depth knowledge not only in the Peterborough neighborhoods but also the history and construction of various homes (He has lots of home construction and real estate market videos on youtube). He was able to explain issues of the property thoroughly, both interior and exterior of the house, just like a home inspector. He would not force me to buy any property if he knew it wasn’t for me. Since I was looking for an investment property, he would put himself into my situation and he would have the investor mentality in determining whether the property was worth investing or not. Since I am from Toronto looking for investment property, I told Mitch that I was not familiar with Peterborough. He offered to give me a tour and explained the good/bad pockets of Peterborough.
