Because we had no direct experience in purchasing a new build, Mitch walked us through each step with the builder to ensure we understood what we were buying & also to explain the process. Where other agents would have left us alone to deal with the Builder, Mitch stayed throughout the entire meeting to assist with the process. We were very grateful for his support.
