Mitch is a remarkable agent. Patient and considerate. He asked excellent discovery questions and was able to use that knowledge to direct us to listings that met our needs/wants/budget/my personal pickiness. I recognize this is a basic job requirement, however he really did dig into getting to know us and build that trust based relationship. We are extremely happy we worked with him. His knowledge of construction methods and building codes is a tremendous asset and we were very happy to use that knowledge to our advantage throughout the searching process.
