Mitch is really professional and helpful. He replies to our messages almost immediately every time, and always gives us useful insight and suggestions. He shows properties to us through video calls, as well as explains all the documents with is in detail. He's been a huge help since we started looking for places, and he handles the communication with the landlord side really well. We enjoy our new place a lot, which wouldn't have happened without Mitch!
