Mitch is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor willing to go the distance to help find you a beautiful property. My experience with Mitch was mostly online through the platform he uses. It's an easy to use platform that allows you to search properties through filters, choose the area through an interactive map, and like the listings you want to know more about or to book a listing. Mitch receives a notification that you are interested and then can go through the next steps (i.e. more info, book appointment). Appointment times were always convenient for me and did not require much hassle from my end. Really just show up and discuss the property! Paperwork is easy with Mitch as he will answer any questions you have. He even has a video prior to engaging with him as a realtor that explains the entire process.
