It was an absolute pleasure working with Monica and Ricardo on the sale of my mother's house. I had never done this before, and they explained the process every step of the way. I really appreciated the fact that no pressure was ever applied to sell or to do something that didn't feel comfortable. They were always up front on the prospects of how much the house could likely get on the market, and they also explained the pros and cons of going forward with the results of the showings. I would definitely have them as my real estate agents in the future.
