Very fast response to my initial call and great info regarding the steps to begin the journey of selling a family home. There was a lot of emotion involved on my end as this was my family home . Monica was very patient and kept me informed of a changing market over the next 6 months till we were finally emotionally ready to sell the home. Her kindness and compassion were much appreciated. Her team was terrific in setting up dumpster drop offs and pick ups . The home was cleaned and staged and we were ready to hit the market. Ricardo kept me updated with info and offers and made the process quite seamless. The team further cleared the contents of the home for donation and had it move in ready.
