Absolutely the worst experience ever dealing with Monica and her so called team. No professionalism, lack of integrity, dishonest and rude. This is the reason why people should not sign with realtors, they are crooks and Monica fits that bill. She does not explain the contract in full, is extremely pushy to wipe her hands clean of you. Such a horrible experience and I highly recommend you go elsewhere if you need to sell your home sold or are a buyer. Get scammed, buy with Thapar. That should be your slogan.
