Monica is very personable and energetic. She knows the area very well. Monica and her team were always sensitive to the fact that this was the FAMILY home that we were selling. It took 10 days to sell. Her team was fun and efficient! They cleaned and staged the home and it sold for over asking. I would recommend Monica and her team 100%
