Some of the services included were : Stager consultant, drop off moving boxes & wrapping paper as well as tape, provided a garbage dumpster delivered in driveway to assist in purging the house, door knocking in the neighbourhood, flyers were distributed, organized a cleaning company before viewings, photographer, as well as the standard listing on MLS and followups to negotiate the various offers.
