Beware of Myles. He appears professional and responsive enough when you are in the process of looking to buy, however once negotiation enters he offers no resource as a homebuyer and you will have to advocate loudly. He does no due diligence on properties and upon unsatisfactory service good luck getting a response from him. Takes the commission and runs. The remax managing group was no better. Would NOT recommend Myles nor Remax as a whole.
