Would not offer anything but support for every house shown leading us to believe he was just in it for the transaction and not as concerned with the client's satisfaction. After buying a home through Myles McCullough we found significant evidence that he did no due diligence to protect our interests and was unwilling to reasonably come to a resolution when pressed. Now we have an overpriced home next to a 10 unit construction site that will eventually block the views for which we paid. Remax Nanaimo was as bad, wasted our time pretending to investigate with a decision in the end blatantly contrary to clear evidence. I would NOT use Myles McCullough or Remax Nanaimo again and warn against trusting them with such a sizeable investment. - Peter

Beware of Myles. He appears professional and responsive enough when you are in the process of looking to buy, however once negotiation enters he offers no resource as a homebuyer and you will have to advocate loudly. He does no due diligence on properties and upon unsatisfactory service good luck getting a response from him. Takes the commission and runs. The remax managing group was no better. Would NOT recommend Myles nor Remax as a whole. - AB
