It was unbelievable that we got this house. There were many offers on the property and it was the most liked home by my wife. The way he handled the listing agent and got us the home was like a charm. He suggested us the price while we were happy to pay more but he worked out a deal that we can refuse specially on a house that we liked most out of 20+ homes.
