Rookie agent gone rogue! After showing me a home he was peeved that it sold 48 hours later before I had made an offer. Didn't respect that I wanted to consult my family and told me that I should just be trusting him. Told me that he didn't have time to take on new clients yet he was the one who contacted me! When I first met him 4 months ago he had sold 4 homes. Maybe he sold enough in the meantime to inflate his ego. His emails and texts were incredibly unprofessional and his intentions are non-altruistic and self serving. Just wants to make a sale. He told me that he wanted to help me because of my large network. (Didn't care about finding a house right for me). When he pretentiously pressured me to put an offer in with no conditions I walked away. He doesn't know how (or won't pay the fees) to gain the detailed information that other real estate agents can provide about the other homes in the neighbourhood. I would never recommend him as he his typical of why realtors can get a bad rap. - Reena Singh

.. No need to lie about things in your reply Navv, she fired her agent because your partner begged her for your business. She texted you at midnight because you were okay with taking on a shift worker. Not once did you locate and show a home that was fresh to the market, worthy of a single female. You couldn't work with a situation that requires versatility. You need to remember we were all looking for that home and you were not capable of doing your job. Own up to it. Would never recommend this agent as he sent unprofessional emails, texts and now posts full of lies. - Mandip

Haha just came across this review, it's funny, what kind of realtor refers to a former client as a "single female"? He made it personal. Did you hit on her pal? Sounds like he's trying to use the market and her as a scapegoat to his own deficiencies, and then tried to over explain with lies. This guy didn't get her criteria if she didn't like any of the houses. That's what I get from this. Hey pal: glad you weren't the Nav I worked with. If you are an OWNER do NOT trust this man with finding a tenant for your home. This man lived in my father's condo for a year and a half WITH HIS CHILD and when he moved out, he left it completely disgusting. When he was asked why there is mold around the faucet in the kitchen, he said " I'm a tenant, I pay rent" basically implying he has no reason to keep the place clean. If he feels this way about a place that he lived in with his son for a year and a half, he definitely will have no issue telling other renters that they can treat rental property like trash. - Tatyana

The process of purchasing was made easy and he stood beside me from selecting the condo to closing the condo. Very intelligent and good approach to purchase the condo. There were multiple offers and he could engage the listing agent to get the condo for me. - Nishant Singal

It was unbelievable that we got this house. There were many offers on the property and it was the most liked home by my wife. The way he handled the listing agent and got us the home was like a charm. He suggested us the price while we were happy to pay more but he worked out a deal that we can refuse specially on a house that we liked most out of 20+ homes. - Lovneet Singh
