If you are an OWNER do NOT trust this man with finding a tenant for your home. This man lived in my father's condo for a year and a half WITH HIS CHILD and when he moved out, he left it completely disgusting. When he was asked why there is mold around the faucet in the kitchen, he said " I'm a tenant, I pay rent" basically implying he has no reason to keep the place clean. If he feels this way about a place that he lived in with his son for a year and a half, he definitely will have no issue telling other renters that they can treat rental property like trash.
