Rate My Agent

Rookie agent gone rogue! After showing me a home he was peeved that it sold 48 hours later before I had made an offer. Didn't respect that I wanted to consult my family and told me that I should just be trusting him. Told me that he didn't have time to take on new clients yet he was the one who contacted me! When I first met him 4 months ago he had sold 4 homes. Maybe he sold enough in the meantime to inflate his ego. His emails and texts were incredibly unprofessional and his intentions are non-altruistic and self serving. Just wants to make a sale. He told me that he wanted to help me because of my large network. (Didn't care about finding a house right for me). When he pretentiously pressured me to put an offer in with no conditions I walked away. He doesn't know how (or won't pay the fees) to gain the detailed information that other real estate agents can provide about the other homes in the neighbourhood. I would never recommend him as he his typical of why realtors can get a bad rap.

Reply:    Thank you for rating me Reena. From the review you absolutely proved that you were seeking no more than attention. So you are a single woman who could trust me to share your personal stories but cannot trust my PROFESSIONAL advice on homes? I take pride in my services and professionalism. I'm sorry I don't want to be your Realtor. I am an honest person who told you about my experience. You were introduced to me by another agent, after you were fired by your previous Realtor. It is a sequence of Realtors not ready to work with you. When you had met me 4 months ago and you had asked me if I had another client because you would want to be the "only" client who can have 100% attention. Hence, all homes I worked for and they matched your criteria got sold one after another. If you didn't purchase for 4 months that doesn't mean that there was no business. In a time sensitive market, it is appreciated to timely evaluate the home and guide the client how to secure the home of their interest. And getting approval for mortgage should be the first advise from any Realtor with experience. The least number of conditions we sit with in negotiations the stronger leverage in this competitive market of Greater Toronto. And after 4 months you called and complained " I did not send you any personal emails" / You should understand " what a girl wants " ... sending Midnight Text Messages...and then you say I'm not the professional one? This is my career and my profession. Please do not let your personal agenda affect my bread and butter. Sincerely, Rookie Agent Licensed Realtor B. of Technology Post Grad in Project Management Reply:    Inexperienced agent you guys will say anything. You were my first agent and I was giving you a chance. You hounded me with phone calls and then said you don't have time. You shouldn't have called if you don't have time for your clients. The homes I lost were because you didn't even show them to me - I had to tell YOU about them because "your program didn't work". Nice try, you can respond all you want. Doesn't make you good at what you are trying to do for bread and butter. Reply:    oh and thank you for displaying to the public via your response - exactly my point- the level of professionalism you have
