Nick was an absolute rock star. We went from kicking tires to ready to buy very quickly and Nick supported us every step of the way. Once we said we were ready and serious he had as 15 potential listings within an hour and we booked a tour of 6 homes the next day to start feeling out the market. We ended up finding a place we wanted the 1st day. He guided us through every step of the process which was amazing as it was quick and with he support we never felt over our heads. We ended up having to bid on the house against 2 other offers and he walked us through an entire strategy and even suggested we present in person to differentiate ourselves. His relationship with the other realtor and his intuition paid off and we ended up getting the home strictly because of his perseverance and his suggestion to meet in person which ended up being the tie breaker. I truly believe that with any other agent we would have lost this home. I honestly can't sing his praises enough!
