Nice from the first moment I met him had a smile. He was attentive to me and listened to me and my needs. He made everything about me the buyer. It was very nice to see as I have met many other realtors and most are not like this. One big deal break for me is an agent not honest or about their commission. Nick was neither of these. He wanted what was best for me and never hinted or mentioned anything I felt that would be a financial gain for him. He was honest with questions I had and was realistic and so respectful.
