Nice from the first moment I met him had a smile. He was attentive to me and listened to me and my needs. He made everything about me the buyer. It was very nice to see as I have met many other realtors and most are not like this. One big deal break for me is an agent not honest or about their commission. Nick was neither of these. Nick was a really great real estate agent to work with. Super friendly guy, very patient, and he was very smart about finding a good fit for us. I liked that Nick knew the best way to help us narrow down our search in some aspects and broaden our search in other aspects. I appreciated that Nick took the time to explain the current market trends and how to see a home's best value. He was happy to discuss comparable houses and monitor sales of comparables.
